Cassidy Piechowski

Community Outreach Manager

Cassidy Piechowski joined the Rifeline team in February 2025 and currently serves as a Community Outreach Manager, focusing on public involvement efforts in Williamson County, Texas. In this role, she works to enhance safety and mobility in the region, helping to address the needs of a rapidly growing community.

A proud summa cum laude graduate of Texas State University, Cassidy earned her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education in 2015. Over the course of a decade in elementary, secondary, and special education, she developed a deep passion for advocacy, community engagement, and relationship-building. As an educator, she worked closely with diverse populations, fostering inclusive learning environments and strengthening connections with families and stakeholders.

Committed to serving her community beyond the classroom, Cassidy has held leadership roles such as Vendor Coordinator for the Leander Educational Excellence Foundation and has volunteered with the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center.

Now dedicated to expanding outreach initiatives at Rifeline, Cassidy leverages her expertise in communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement to build meaningful community partnerships. Her background provides a unique perspective on addressing local needs, empowering individuals, and driving positive change. Whether developing outreach programs, coordinating events, or advocating for underserved populations, Cassidy is passionate about making a tangible impact.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, baking, and creating lasting memories outdoors.
