Catherine Tate

Sr. Manager of HR/Business Operations

Catherine Tate joined Rifeline in January of 2018 and currently serves as Senior Manager of HR and Business Operations. Catherine supports the Rifeline staff to ensure the organization is running with an efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of clients. She oversees Rifeline's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations as well as maintaining policies, programs, and practices.

Prior to joining Rifeline, Catherine worked in Total Rewards at Westlake Chemical Corporation where she supported employees on all benefit and compensation programs.

Catherine graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development and a minor in Business Administration.
