Gabby Garza

Community Outreach Coordinator

Gabby joined Rifeline in October 2024 and currently serves as a Senior Community Outreach Coordinator. Gabby has a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a minor in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.

Before joining Rifeline, Gabby worked as a student mentor in the Transfer-Year Interest Group (TrIG) program at UT Austin, where she represented the university at a national conference, advocating for the importance of fostering a sense of belonging among transfer students. Her commitment to community outreach extends to her volunteer work with non profit organizations. Gabby’s professional journey also includes four years in retail management at HEB, where she contributed to the successful grand openings of two stores in Central Texas.

Originally from San Antonio, Gabby has called Austin home since 2019. Outside of work, she enjoys running, practicing yoga, crocheting, and spending time with her dog.
