Megan Neal
Sr. Community Outreach Manager
Megan Neal joined Rifeline in June 2024 and currently serves as a Senior Community Outreach Manager. She arrived with experience in project management, strategic planning, community involvement, and organizational improvement.
Prior to her work at Rifeline, Megan served as logistics officer in the U.S. Army for over six years. During this time, she was involved in the strategic planning and operational management of logistics for the deployment and training of over 4,000 people. She then continued developing project management experience at Home Depot’s corporate office by focusing on improving processes with the feedback of employees and customers. Megan also expanded her knowledge in community relations and individual mental health support while working at a community mental health clinic.
Megan earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the United States Military Academy. She then went to receive a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University with a clinical focus and is now a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
In her free time, Megan loves being outdoors, trying new restaurants, exploring museums, and traveling with her family.
