Amy Tripson

Sr. Community Outreach Manager

Amy Tripson joined Rifeline in June of 2023 as a Community Outreach Manager. Amy has over 10 years’ experience working in the nonprofit sector helping to develop programs, increase efficiency and provide creative problem solving in the Equine Assisted Services (EAS) field.

An educator at heart, Amy enjoys helping others to learn, develop new skills and brainstorm ideas. She has enjoyed presenting on Volunteer Management and Communication Strategies at various conferences and workshops in the US and Asia.

Amy has a BA in Psychology, MSEd in Kinesiology: Sport and Exercise Behavior and is currently working on her EdD in Leadership Studies with a focus on nonprofit management. She is excited to contribute her skills and experiences to a new industry while learning innovative strategies along the way.
