Dominique Potter

Sr. Community Outreach Coordinator

Dominique joined Rifeline in October 2022 and currently serves as a Senior Community Outreach Coordinator. She brings a broad background across the legal, legislative, nonprofit, and private sectors, with expertise in community engagement, public affairs, and stakeholder relations. At Rifeline, she manages public involvement for transportation and development projects, partnering with government agencies and community organizations to build trust, raise awareness, and ensure meaningful public participation.

Since joining Rifeline, Dominique has worked closely with multiple Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) districts across the state, supporting mobility projects at every stage. Her work includes public involvement for the I-14 Extension Project in the Waco District, the I-27 Feasibility Study in the Amarillo District and the Mobility35 program, which encompasses many I-35 projects.

Before joining Rifeline, Dominique held roles focused on community outreach, program coordination, and communications, expanding advocacy initiatives, supporting statewide public health programs and managing operations. Her experience has consistently concentrated on connecting people, resources, and systems to better serve communities.

Dominique graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisiana Monroe with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. There she was active in student leadership, civic engagement, and internships in both legislative and legal environments.

She remains involved in the Austin community through leadership and volunteer roles with several advocacy and professional organizations.
